Return Policy:

We are committed to providing you with the freshest products available with their powerful cell-resonant qualities intact. Therefore, supplements are not returnable except under the following conditions:

Karen Panish Optimal Health/Shop Optimal Health may accept returns for a change of program only.  (as opposed to a change of mind on the client’s part.)  We will, of course, be responsible for any errors, but they need to be processed immediately. If an error on your order has occurred, it must be brought to the attention of our office within 7 days of receipt of the order, so that we may correct it.  Please notify us of any problems at  orders@karenpanish.com.  

Any approved return should be completed in 30 days.  It will be left to the discretion of Karen Panish Optimal Health whether to accept a return that exceeds 30 days. This is due to expiration of products and our commitment to providing the freshest products possible.

Before accepting returns, all items to be returned will be tested using QRA (Quantum Reflex Analysis) to ensure the products have retained their quality and have not been damaged by heat, irradiation, transportation, etc. If they test poorly, the return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items that we feel may have been compromised in any way.

All returns sent by mail must be shipped by UPS only.  This is to ensure the safety of the product.  The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned products unless otherwise agreed upon with Karen Panish Optimal Health. Please be aware of product exposure to excessive heat (will damage products) during the summer months and plan accordingly when sending.
